The course “how to deal with customer complaints” was held on Sunday, 13/08/2023 for hotel establishments in the city of Petra in coordination with Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority, This course provides an opportunity for employees who constantly deal with hotel guests to learn a set of necessary skills that help them deal with complaints submitted to the hotel by guests regarding its services or products, refocus on the main problem, while being keen to cooperate to solve the problem. This course deals with the different expectations of the inmates and the way in which complaints require to be handled by the concerned employee, handling the situation with more confidence and professionalism
