The Jordan Hotels Association holds a training course “food and beverage service ” for employees of hotel establishments in the capital Amman on Wednesday, corresponding to 23/08/2023
In order to develop employees in the hotel sector and improve service and quality, which will lead to meeting the needs of guests in a professional manner.
The course discussed several topics related to the concept and elements of service, what are the most important hospitality skills, how to achieve quality in them, the most important rules for welcoming a guest, preparing the table, taking an order, and the way the menu is presented.
By holding these short courses, the Jordan Hotels Association is looking forward to improving the level of participants and giving them the ability and confidence when dealing with guests .the association also holds training courses for all levels of hotel staff to improve the quality of Service and contribute to ensuring high standards. it also holds all kinds of courses from short training courses and specialized and intensive courses for all categories of hotels
