The Jordan Hotels Association held an awareness workshop for food and beverage employees of the Circassian Charity Association on the importance and advantages of the HACCP certificate, where a detailed presentation was given on the HACCP and its importance, on food health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe hygienic environment, as well as the Seven Principles of the HACCP hazard analysis and critical control points system and the stages of preparing and creating a HACCP plan, with practical experience in preparing the plan and reviewing it, the course provides valuable useful information for anyone interested in learning how to create a HACCP plan and apply the HACCP system at his workplace and in the nutrition department .
