Etiquette, Protocol, and Their Impact on Hospitality Leadership Training Course

As part of the series of training programs organized by the Jordan Hotels Association in Petra, a specialized training course entitled “Etiquette, Protocol, and Their Impact on Hospitality Leadership” was conducted with the participation of employees from various hotel establishments in Petra. The course was delivered by trainer Mr. Kenan Kharasneh.

The training aimed to enhance participants’ professional skills in workplace interactions within the hospitality environment by strengthening their understanding of effective communication practices and appropriate approaches to dealing with guests and colleagues. These efforts contribute to improving service quality and enhancing operational efficiency. The course also highlighted the importance of professional conduct and personal presentation in reinforcing the image of hotel establishments and demonstrating excellence in service delivery.

In addition, the course addressed a range of practical topics designed to develop employees’ professional competencies. Key areas included managing various workplace situations, creating a positive first impression for guests from the moment of arrival through the completion of service, and fostering teamwork and collaboration within the workplace.

This training course forms part of the Association’s ongoing efforts to support and develop the skills of professionals working in Petra’s tourism and hospitality sectors, elevate standards of professional performance, and enhance the quality of services provided in line with industry requirements, ultimately contributing to a superior visitor experience.
