Dead Sea - Jordan
On Monday, November 17, 2024, the Jordan Hotels Association held a training course for Dead Sea hotels titled “How to Handle Guest Complaints.”
The course aimed to enhance the skills of hospitality sector employees, enabling them to address guest complaints effectively and professionally. It also sought to improve their ability to understand and meet guest needs in a way that aligns with their expectations.
The course, conducted by trainer Ghazi Batarseh, covered several key topics, including the personal traits required for hotel staff, strategies for managing challenging situations, and methods to minimize the likelihood of complaints by delivering exceptional service.
This course is part of the Jordan Hotels Association’s ongoing efforts to achieve excellence in the hospitality sector by improving the performance of hotel employees and elevating the quality of hotel services. These efforts aim to strengthen the Kingdom’s reputation as a leading tourist destination in the region.
