The Directorate of Tourism in Madaba in cooperation with Nama Strategic Consulting Company organized a workshop entitled” The reality of tourism investment in Madaba governorate “. The workshop aims to highlight the most important investment opportunities in the tourism sector in the governorate. It provided an overview of the project and some proposed projects to develop the tourism sector.

The Jordan Hotels Association participated in the presence of General Manager, Mr. Mustafa Kawash, stressing the importance of tourism and investment in Madaba City, and talking about the hotel sector and the size of investments therein.
Emphasizing the greater emphasis on infrastructure, training and development of Jordanian employment in the governorate, and the need for partnership between the public and private sectors in order to achieve sustainable development and strengthen the local economy.

At the end of the workshop, important recommendations were made by the attendees, which will be studied by NAMA to be sent to the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, with a view to implementing those projects that will contribute to the development of the tourism sector in Madaba governorate.
