As part of its ongoing efforts to develop the hotel services sector, enhance employee efficiency, and promote opportunities for professional training and development, the Jordan Hotels Association has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Management Laws Business Solutions (MBS Jordan), a company specialized in training and management consulting.

The agreement was signed by Hussein Hilalat, Deputy  Chairman of the Jordan Hotels Association, and Kifah Khamees, General Manager of MBS Jordan. Both parties emphasized that this partnership represents a significant step toward building a comprehensive training framework aimed at developing the skills of personnel working in hotels, particularly in administrative and operational departments, through specialized hospitality training courses aligned with the latest professional standards.

The agreement aims to implement specialized training programs tailored to the needs of the labor market and to enhance job performance, with a focus on quality standards, guest service, hospitality leadership, operational management, and environmental awareness. These efforts are expected to positively impact service quality and contribute to strengthening Jordan’s position as a distinguished tourist destination.

This agreement forms part of the Jordan Hotels Association’s broader vision to support institutional excellence in the hospitality sector and to achieve sustainable development through investment in human capital. It also seeks to open new avenues for collaboration with specialized entities, thereby boosting the sector’s competitiveness at both the local and regional levels.
