The Jordan Hotels Association, in collaboration with the Tourism Police Department, organized a specialized training workshop at the Crowne Plaza Amman. The workshop focused on security awareness and inspection procedures using X-Ray devices and was conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department. A total of 27 employees from the Crowne Plaza Amman participated in the training.

The workshop covered specialized topics in security and safety, emphasizing the identification of explosives and their various types. Participants were trained on the use of modern X-Ray devices to detect security threats within luggage and bags, contributing to the prevention of security risks in hotels and tourist sites.

Additionally, the workshop highlighted the importance of these procedures in enhancing the personal security of guests and ensuring their safety, as well as protecting hotel establishments from potential threats that could impact their reputation and overall security.

Participants showed great engagement with the training content, exchanging expertise and practical knowledge. This reflects the significance of such workshops in developing hotel staff and enhancing their readiness to address potential security challenges.
