The Jordan Hotels Association Holds the 2025 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting

The Jordan Hotels Association held its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year 2025 on Sunday, May 3, 2026, to discuss the agenda that had been announced previously.

The meeting commenced with a speech delivered by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Hussein Hilalat, who welcomed the attendees and reviewed the Board’s most notable achievements and activities during the past period. He emphasized the importance of continuing joint cooperation with the members of the General Assembly in support of the hotel sector.

During the meeting, the 2025 administrative report was presented, highlighting the Association’s key activities and efforts throughout the year. The financial report was also presented by the auditor, outlining the Association’s financial position.

Following discussions, the General Assembly approved both the administrative and financial reports and discharged the Board of Directors from liability for the fiscal year 2025.

The General Assembly also resolved to authorize the Board of Directors to appoint a certified external auditor, in addition to authorizing the Board to proceed in accordance with the 2026 executive plan and estimated budget.

At the conclusion of the meeting, members of the General Assembly were given the opportunity to raise various issues and observations related to the sector, during which several topics of mutual interest were discussed.

The Chairman of the Board reaffirmed the importance of continued cooperation between the Association and its members, and of working collectively in a manner that contributes to supporting and developing the hotel sector.
