Dear Esteemed Members of the General Assembly,

Greetings from the Jordan Hotels Association

Pursuant to the provisions of Article (6/B) of the Jordan Hotels Association Bylaw No. (32) of 1997 and its amendments under No. (60) of 2026, the Board of Directors and I are pleased to invite you to attend the Annual General Assembly Meeting, scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Century Park Hotel.

In the event that the legal quorum is not met, a second meeting shall be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and shall be considered legally convened with those in attendance.

Pursuant to Article (10) of the same Bylaw, the General Assembly shall undertake the following duties and powers at its Annual Meeting:

a.Discuss the Board of Directors’ annual report for the fiscal year ending 2025 and approve the work plan for the new year.
b. Ratify the final accounts for the fiscal year ending 2025 and approve the proposed budget for the following year.
c. Appoint a certified external auditor for the Association for a one-year term and determine their fees.
d. Discharge the members of the Board of Directors whose term has expired (Ninth Term).
e. Discharge the current members of the Board of Directors (Tenth Term).
f. Consider any other matters related to the profession, provided that such matters are submitted in writing to the Board of Directors by no fewer than twenty members at least fourteen days prior to the date of the General Assembly meeting.
