The Jordan Hotels Association organized a specialized training course titled “Professional Housekeeping”, delivered by trainer Ali Ash’al, with the participation of housekeeping employees and supervisors from hotels across the capital, Amman. The course was held as part of the Association’s ongoing efforts to develop human capital and enhance professional performance within Jordan’s hotel sector.

The training aimed to strengthen participants’ professional competencies and equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to implement best practices in housekeeping operations and management. It focused on improving service quality, increasing operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in accordance with recognized hospitality industry standards.
