Amman - Jordan
The Jordan Hotels Association, in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities represented by the Directorate of Investment and Local Community Empowerment, and Naya Training and Community Development Company, organized a free training course entitled “Soft Skills and Communication Skills Program for Employees in the Hotel Sector” on Tuesday, 19/05/2026. The program was attended by a number of employees from hotel establishments in the capital, Amman, in addition to members of the Jordan Hotels Association team.
This training course comes as part of the ongoing efforts of the Jordan Hotels Association and its partners to support and develop professionals working in the hotel sector by enhancing personal and professional skills, strengthening effective communication, teamwork, and professionalism in the workplace, thereby contributing to improving service standards and enhancing guest experiences.
The course also aimed to equip participants with practical tools to efficiently handle the challenges of the hotel work environment, while enhancing their ability to communicate positively and build effective professional relationships within the workplace, ultimately reflecting positively on the quality of performance and services provided in the hospitality sector.
The Jordan Hotels Association reaffirmed its commitment to continuing the implementation of specialized training programs that align with the evolving needs of the hotel sector and contribute to improving the efficiency of its workforce, in partnership with supporting entities and specialized experts, in a way that strengthens the competitiveness of Jordan’s tourism and hospitality industry.
