The Jordan Hotels Association held a workshop entitled administrative responsibilities in the food and beverage service department via the zoom platform on Wednesday, centered on the food and beverage department by Mr. Ghazi butarsa, the workshop targeted various categories of the hotel sector and governorates. Topics discussed included managerial responsibilities, management goals, effective team building, organization of food and beverage operations, principles of excellence in them, as well as how to prepare production and promote sales. The workshop witnessed the participation of about 80 employees from various hotel establishments, witnessed remarkable interactions and useful discussions on the topics raised.
