The Jordan Hotels Association held a short training workshop titled “Artificial Intelligence and Technology in the Hospitality Sector” at Century Park Hotel, with the participation of a number of employees from various hotel departments and divisions. The workshop was organized as part of the Association’s ongoing efforts to keep pace with global technological advancements and enhance the readiness of hospitality professionals to leverage modern digital solutions in the workplace.

The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) and its key applications in the hospitality industry, while highlighting the growing role of technology in improving hotel operations, enhancing the guest experience, and increasing service efficiency, in line with the digital transformation taking place across the global tourism sector.

The workshop also showcased a range of practical ideas and applications that hospitality establishments can adopt, including the use of AI-powered tools for customer service, reservation management, digital marketing, data analytics, and content creation. In addition, participants were introduced to real-world examples of innovative technologies that contribute to improving productivity, supporting informed decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency within hotels.

The workshop witnessed strong engagement from participants through interactive discussions and the exchange of experiences regarding opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence across various hotel departments.
