The Jordan Hotels Association Holds Its Annual Regular Meeting for Human Resources Directors

As part of its efforts to enhance the efficiency of the hotel sector, the Jordan Hotels Association held its annual meeting for Human Resources Managers of five-star hotels.

The session was started by the Association’s Member Services Department Manager, who emphasized in her speech that the Human Resources Department in hotels is one of the most crucial divisions contributing to job stability and workforce efficiency. She highlighted its role in attracting qualified personnel, training them, and developing the work environment to ensure the highest standards of hotel service. Additionally, she reviewed the key achievements of the Association over the past year and outlined the main initiatives planned for the upcoming period.

Furthermore, the Head of the Training Department delivered a detailed presentation on the training plan for 2025, explaining its mechanisms and principles. She engaged in discussions with attendees on ways to enhance training programs in alignment with the needs of the hotel market. The meeting also addressed the potential development of the Association’s Training Department in collaboration with the hotel sector, with the aim of improving the quality of training programs and ensuring their alignment with hotel requirements and labor market demands.

The meeting featured extensive discussions on the challenges facing the sector, as attendees exchanged views on best practices for sustaining human resources in hotels. Participants also stressed the importance of holding such regular meetings to unify efforts and drive continuous development in the hospitality industry.
