As part of the JHA’s comprehensive efforts to keep up with quality management trends
To develop the tourism workforce, and build an effective community partnership with both public and private entities to achieve sustainable development
Expand and develop training programs that serve the needs of hotel establishments, and match job market requirements
Build strategies, and conduct statistical and analytical research according to labor market needs and comprehensive development plans to be shared with hotel establishments
Participate in defining conventions and terminologies for different areas of tourism, including those related to the standards of practice
Upgrade tourism services and adopt international standards in classification and marketing
