A training course on "Effective Communication Skills" for hotel establishments in Aqaba City

A training course titled “Effective Communication Skills” was held on Monday, August 12, 2024, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Aqaba, as part of the training tour organized by the Jordan Hotels Association.

The course aimed to enhance fundamental communication skills in both professional and personal settings. The training program covered various topics, including an introduction to the concept and types of communication skills, effective speaking and listening, time management and organization, problem-solving, and expressing ideas clearly and accurately. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of body language, facial expressions, and the ability to interact with others in a positive and effective manner.

These skills are essential for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests during their stay at the hotel.
