The Jordan Hotels Association organized a training workshop for Dead Sea hotels on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, with the participation of around 30 employees. The workshop aimed to raise awareness about food health and safety, covering important topics related to supply chains and the importance of cleanliness in the kitchen.

The workshop included discussions on the appropriate temperatures for food storage, as well as methods to maintain cleanliness from the receiving area to the point of food service. Emphasis was also placed on best practices for storing food in the kitchen, refrigerators, and storage rooms.

This initiative aims to ensure the delivery of high-quality food services and promote food safety practices across all hotel departments, contributing to enhancing the reputation of the hospitality sector in Jordan.
