The Jordan Hotels Association holds a training workshop on first aid

The Jordan Hotels Association organized a specialized first aid training workshop on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, aimed at hotel sector employees. The workshop focused on how to handle emergency situations that may arise with guests at hotels.

The course covered a range of essential topics, including how to manage fractures and methods for treating them, performing CPR for both adults and children, as well as techniques for handling bleeding, including bandaging and stabilization to reduce blood loss. Additionally, the workshop addressed how to handle cases of burns, choking, and drowning, along with appropriate first aid for each condition.

The course also included information on types of poisoning, their symptoms, and how to provide first aid for each type of poisoning.

The workshop provided comprehensive, practical explanations on dealing with potential emergency situations, adding great value to the participants.

The training session was met with a high level of interest and interaction from the attendees, reflecting the importance of the topics discussed and the need to equip hotel staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle emergencies.

Through these courses, the Jordan Hotels Association aims to enhance the ability of hotel workers to provide effective first aid and respond quickly in critical situations, thus contributing to the safety of guests and ensuring the quality of services provided.
