On the third day of its training tour for Aqaba hotels, the Jordan Hotels Association held a specialized training course in housekeeping on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.

The course aimed to familiarize participants with methods for managing housekeeping operations, staffing, and monitoring operational quality to ensure guest comfort. It focused on enhancing skills in managing housekeeping processes, cleanliness standards, and maintaining rooms in excellent condition. Additionally, the course covered essential skills for efficiently maintaining cleanliness and the aesthetic aspects of rooms, as well as introducing modern methods for managing teams and monitoring operational quality.

The course witnessed significant interaction and attendance from various hotels in Aqaba across different categories. Participants praised the association’s efforts in providing such free courses, which they considered the first of their kind in Aqaba. They regarded this initiative as an important step toward supporting and enhancing the efficiency of workers in the hospitality sector.
