As part of the collaboration between the Jordan Hotels Association and the “Makanti” project, funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development, a specialized corporate diplomacy training was organized for stakeholders of member hotels on Sunday and Monday, August 25-26, 2024.

The training aimed to highlight the importance of corporate diplomacy as a vital tool in both local and global work environments.

The training covered several key topics, including understanding the concept of corporate diplomacy, managing relationships with local communities, effective communication strategies with stakeholders, and risk management techniques. This training enhances communication and business relationship strategies for hotels, improves cultural and social awareness, and develops risk management skills to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success.
