JHA Offered 50 Fully Paid Scholarships to the Hotel Sector


As the Jordan Hotels Association seeks to support and develop the employees of the Hotel sector, JHA steering committee who’s responsible on selection and evaluation process for Pathways to Professionalism Management Program- Level 4 reviewed candidate’s applications from 3,4,5 stars’ hotels and granted the fully paid scholarships offered by USAID BEST for a self-learning on-line program for hotels in jordan 

Mr. Vatche Yergatian, the General Manager of the Jordan Hotels Association, conducted a Zoom meeting with the selected candidates from Amman, Dead Sea, Petra and Aqaba hotels. To greeting and congratulated them and to give them a brief on the process of the program, as the targeted date to launch the program will be in February 2021

The course is a self-learning on-line program by FLOW Hospitality UK and consists of six modules and tests. Candidates will complete five online courses with different subjects Guest Service & Relations, Service that Sells, Effective Teamwork, Intro’ to Management and Leadership Styles. As for module six, it will be an online study assignment & test on COVID-19 Protocols booklet which was issued by JHA in June 2020

If candidates complete the course and achieve the required grades for the six modules, they will be awarded ‘Pathways to Professionalism, Level 4 - Hospitality Operations Management Certificate’, endorsed by Jordan Hotels Association, International Hotel and Restaurant Association, and FLOW Hospitality UK
