Publishing the Safe Food Handling and Hygiene Standards

On Wednesday – January 20th, 2021, The Jordan Hotels Association in cooperation with the Food and Drug Administration and other partners from the sector, published the second edition of the application and auditing guideline for "Safe Food Handling and Hygiene Standards", which is funded by USAID- BEST Project, Jordan.
An agreement has been signed to promote, inform, recruit and register JHA members to attend the Safe Food Handling and Hygiene training programs, also to support and facilitate a Safe Food Handling and Hygiene awareness campaign aimed at hotels.
