Jordan Hotel Association (JHA) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1969, with the aim of developing Hotels industry in the Kingdom.
The association that represents 400 classified and unclassified hotels throughout the Kingdom, also seeks to promote cooperation with the parties working in the sectors, in addition to bolstering the relationships between proprietors of the hospitality industry.
Assisting members to maintain a high standard for their establishments to meet international standards, is another objective adopted by the JHA. It realizes this goal through training and specialized workshops.
JHA brings together hoteliers, commercial concerns and all other businesses with an interest in the tourism industry.
To guarantee better results and to reflect the international standards on the local establishments, JHA became a member of the International Hotel & Restaurant Association (IH&RA), The Arab Hotel & Tourism Association (AHTA), and is the main supporter of the Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) in its activities and projects.
JHA is the major shareholder for Jordan Applied University College of Hospitality and Tourism Education (JAU), one of the best hotel colleges in the Middle East.
